The H. Joseph Gerber 1947 Scholars Fund Endowment at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is available to full time students pursuing a baccalaureate degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Troy, New York campus. Awards are determined by the Rensselaer Office of Financial Aid and preference is given to residents of the State of Connecticut.

The David J. Logan Scholarship Endowment at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut is offered in honor of Mr. Logan, a prolific inventor and former President of Gerber Scientific Products. The scholarship is available to high school seniors in the greater Hartford area who plan to obtain a four-year degree in engineering from Trinity.
