SOUTH WINDSOR, CT -- At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Gerber Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: GRB), held Wednesday, September 21, 2005, shareholders elected Donald P. Aiken, Marc T. Giles, Edward G. Jepsen, Randall D. Ledford, John R. Lord, Carole F. St. Mark, A. Robert Towbin, and W. Jerry Vereen as directors, to serve until the year 2006.
