Gerber Scientific, Inc. Provides Historical Financial
Results Excluding Discontinued Operations
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT -
December 15, 2009 - Gerber Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: GRB),
said that it filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission today in which the Company provided historical financial information for fiscal 2009 and fiscal 2010 excluding the results of operations for FOBA Technology + Services GmbH (“FOBA”), ND Graphics (both sold in September 2009) and Spandex Poland (closed in October 2009) from its continuing operations. More information about these transactions is provided in the Company’s fiscal 2010 second quarter 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 8, 2009.
